在我们学校里也有一些类似事情，如学校食堂阿姨们辛辛苦苦给我们煮饭烧菜，使我们营养保持均衡，但我总看见有不少同学因挑食，而浪费粮食，走廊上倒厨余垃圾的餐桶里，总是装得满满的，餐桶内怎么也不少于三分之二，在此“我提畅，光盘行动，从你我做起”。
所以我认为农民伯伯的痛苦，就应该落实到真正的生活中。不是单单在嘴上说说而以，没有任何真正的行动。当我们念着“锄禾日当午”时，可又曾真正领悟“粒粒皆辛苦”的道理。如果有，食堂又从哪来的剩饭剩菜！农民用他的辛劳，科研，用他们的艰苦养活整个*，这个拥有十四亿人口的泱泱大国！我们需要谨记农民伯伯的痛苦，要常念着他们所想得幸福。

*，是个泱泱大国，是个物产丰富的富饶之地。在别人眼里看起来好像资源怎么也用不完，但真的是这样吗？我想不是。有数据报道，我国耕地总面积并不充裕，现在农村耕地也逐渐减少，农作物生产量也不高，粮食短缺仍需更加关注。土地，是一切的根源，文明发源于它，人类依赖于它，地球紧贴着它，它就是原本。对于粮食问题，只要我们提高粮食生产效率，提高土地利用率，改进技术，守好18亿亩耕地红线，网上流传的粮缺谣言将止于当下。原本，是需我们大家去守护的，它不能自愈，请珍爱。
再约，不曾懒惰。
“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”一句耳熟能详的话语出现在课本很多地方，可又有多少人真正体验过“辛苦”呢？我国广大农民群众是最底层的坚固力量，他们的艰辛泪又有多少人知道呢？古时候，有各大文人歌颂同情劳苦人民，“可怜身上衣正单，心忧炭贱愿天寒”的卖炭老翁，他独自一人，在深林伐薪烧炭，不易之中有了那么一车炭，可却被官府草草换走，这其中辛酸只有他知道吧。粮食亦来之不易，农民早出晚归，整天在田地中劳作，不曾懈怠，我们的粮食供给才没有了后顾之忧，这都是勤劳所创造的财富啊！所以我们要充分的运用勤劳的知识与力量创造粮食财富。
三约，节约之行。
节约，节约，是老一辈常念叨的事，因为他们经历过食不饱腹之痛，懂得粮食弥足珍贵。但现在的社会，浪费粮食的现象屡见不鲜。在餐厅，经常可以看见很多食客在吃完东西后，餐桌上仍留存很多残留的食物，随后就直接进垃圾桶了。更令人悲叹的是，网上也曾有一段大胃王之热，他们靠吃大量食物来博人眼球，追求热度，然后有些博主就通过视频剪辑或事后处理达到了目的。不过，在事后，大量博主使用催吐药物，食物又被大量吐出，又有大量食物被浪费，正是因为此，大部分观看吃播朋友表示寒心。而我们现在所需要做的便是做好自己，不要过多购买食物，所买食物应做到吃完，保证不浪费，努力提高自身素质，让粮食浪费之风不再蔓延，倡导社会节约粮食之风，从我做起。
与粮之约，三约之行，人人应行，让我们大家一起与粮食共发展，共同节约粮食，让粮食不缺，执子之手，共进退！

你们好！
之所以要在这里公布食堂文明就餐公约，并希望各位同学能够切实遵守。这实在是由于我校食堂就餐的现状所致。目前我校食堂就餐存在着同学乱插队、乱浪费、乱摆放等不文明现象。之所以会出现这种情况，从学校层面考虑，确实跟食堂过于拥挤有关。因此，学校决定在十一放假回来之后，将进一步改进错时就餐制。
经学校行政会议决定：初一、初二实行配餐制保持不变。初三改为11：35分提前在食堂就餐，如此一来，初中与高中就可以完全错时就餐。高三段每周11：50就餐，他们面临着高考，确实要有所照顾。高一段单周12：00就餐，双周11：50就餐，高二双周12：00就餐，单周11：50就餐。提醒大家：十一回来之后正是第六周，也就说高一11：50就餐，高二12：00就餐。
实行新的就餐制之后相信对目前食堂的拥挤现状有一定的缓解作用。但是我们同学乱插队的不文明习惯，仅靠学校的错时就餐还是不够。关键还是需要我们同学加强自我管理、自我监督，后排同学发现前排同学插队一定敢于站出来予以指责，或者告知值日老师进行管理，绝不能纵容不文明现象。与此同时，我们值日老师也应该站在食堂打菜队列之中进行有效的管理。
目前乱浪费的现象也相当严重，每次值日的时候总看到很多同学将大量的剩菜饭倒入桶中，总是感到非常心痛，在这个世界上，还有那么多的人处于饥饿之中，到目前为止，世界上仍然有八亿多人口处于饥饿当中，这是一个比整个欧洲人口还要多的群体。全世界每年有约九百万人死于饥饿和饥饿引起的疾病，也就是说每天有两万四千人，每四秒钟约有一人因为饥饿离开人世，而在这当中，有一多半是儿童，换句话说，由于直接或间接的饥饿原因，每八秒钟就有一个孩子被活活饿死。每位同学包括我在内，扪心自问，这种乱浪费粮食的做法是否是在谋杀生命。

As we all know,so far as objects and animals are concerned,there is only beautiful appearance to be mentioned, but to us humanbeings, although the outward beauty really *, the inner beauty is much more important. Recently I learned from the radio an unpleasant incident about a well known singer. She is very charming with a sweet beautiful voice and very famous for singing the song."Devotion of Love". Now, I"m coming to another true story. It"s about a poor, ordinary looking old woman. She was a widow without any children, living barely from hand to mouth by picking odds and ends from rubbish heaps. However,she took in more than ten homeless orphans successively and managed to bring them up. Every day she labored from morning till night. In order to earn as much money as possible to raise the children and to keep them in school,she even went to a hospital regularly to sell her blood. She got so weak for the loss of blood that she sometimes fell in a faint on her way home.
When asked why she chose to burden herself with so many children,she smiled and sim* answered,"Oh,I love children and I like to have their company. "

对来临的新年寄以美好希望之意。
